Please note that the domain name easysens.com (the “Platform”) is owned, managed, and operated by VCERT QUALITY CERTIFICATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

Hereinafter, VCERT QUALITY CERTIFICATION PRIVATE LIMITED, operating the brand EasySens, shall collectively be referred to as “EasySens”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.
For the purposes of these Terms, wherever the context so requires, the terms “You”, “Your”, “User”, or “Customer” shall mean any person who visits, browses, accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform or avails any products or services offered through the Platform.
This shall include:
- Any person who purchases or intends to purchase products through the Platform; and
- Any person who visits, browses, registers on, or otherwise accesses the Platform.
EasySens provides products and related services as made available through the Platform from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Products and Services”).
The Terms contained in this electronic record, read together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, product-specific terms, conditions, or agreements published on the Platform, shall constitute a legally binding agreement between You and EasySens in connection with Your access to, usage of, or interaction with the Platform and the purchase or use of Products and Services.
You are requested to read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform or purchasing any Products or availing any Services.
In case You do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, purchasing any Products, or availing any Services.
By purchasing Products from the Platform and/or visiting, viewing, accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform or any Products and Services, You shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable policies of EasySens.

You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” date mentioned at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms shall constitute Your acceptance of such revised Terms.
EasySens reserves the right to change, modify, amend, or update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. Any revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted or uploaded on the Platform, unless otherwise specified.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
The Platform may provide certain features or services that require You to create a user account (“Account”) and become a registered user (“Registered User”).
To create an Account, You may be required to complete a registration or sign-up process (“Sign-up”) by providing the information requested through the applicable registration form.
While creating an Account or purchasing certain Products or availing Services, You may be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to Your name, email address, phone number, address, age, gender, login credentials, and other information required for processing orders, providing Products or Services, or managing Your Account.
Where applicable, You may also be required to provide payment or transaction-related information for the purpose of processing payments made through the Platform.
By creating an Account or submitting information to EasySens, You agree that all information provided by You is accurate, complete, current, and lawful.
You are responsible for updating Your information in the event of any changes. EasySens reserves the right to request additional information or documentation whenever required for verification, order processing, service delivery, regulatory compliance, or any other legitimate purpose.
EasySens shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Registered User arising from any unauthorised use of the Account. The Registered User may be held responsible for losses incurred by EasySens or any other party due to unauthorised or fraudulent use resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
You agree that You shall provide accurate and correct information at the time of Sign-up and shall update such information from time to time in the event of any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username, password, and other access details. You shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out through Your Account.
You expressly agree to immediately notify EasySens about any actual or suspected unauthorised use of Your Account, password, login credentials, or any other breach of security.
Upon receiving information regarding any actual or suspected unauthorised use of an Account, EasySens may, at its discretion, suspend, restrict, or block access to such Account and take any other action considered necessary under applicable law or for the protection of the Platform, Products, Services, Users, and EasySens.
The Registered User shall be solely responsible for safeguarding their Account credentials and any information associated with the Account. Users are advised to use strong passwords and not disclose their login credentials to any third party.
In the event of any unauthorised access, misuse, or breach relating to Your Account, You shall take all reasonable steps to inform EasySens promptly.
EasySens shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, or consequence arising from Your failure to maintain the confidentiality or security of Your Account credentials or from any unauthorised use of Your Account resulting from Your acts, omissions, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms.
